We are working with a tier 1 main contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on the Anglian Water Framework on sites based in and around the Northampton area. As the Site Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams and sub-contractors on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of projects by proactively managing site-based Supervisors and Delivery Teams ensuring safety, quality and high performance
- Responsible for delivery of projects in line with tender allowances and agreed programmes of work
- Proactively support planning responsibilities to ensure initiatives are implemented with minimal disruption
- Accountable for SHEQ performance of projects, including undertaking and recording findings of periodic SHEQ visits
- Procurement of plant, materials and specialist sub contractors using an appropriate financial management accounting system to ensure projects are delivered within tender allowances
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience as a Sub Agent or Site Manager for a main contractor
- Knowledge and experience in the Water industry
- Good communication with the ability to instruct and direct staff
- Experience in the civils sector working with NEC forms of contract
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Full UK Driving License
- First Aid (desirable)
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary for this role will be dependent upon experience and discussed upon shortlisting.
