We are working with a top tier client who are seeking a Site Manager to work in the Kent region on a full time basis on the Southern Water framework. As the Site Manager you will be responsible for the management of the construction site to achieve the required project delivery to the customers objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various projects in the civil and Water sectors
- When required, lead a team of Sub Agents, Engineers and Foremen to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality
- Deliver product to customer requirements and satisfaction
- Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed
- Produce good quality, accurate monthly reports for the Client and internally
- Maintain commercial tension to drive out costs and challenge the status quo
What do we need from you?
- Experience in Civil Engineering ideally in the Water/Utilities sector
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- Full driving license
- Confined space training
- NEBOSH or IOSH
The salary is indicative and based on experience.
