- Description
Quantity Surveyor needed for an ongoing position in Bradford. Experience in the civil engineering sector is essential. Candidate must hold a recognised qualification to at least HNC standard, preferable BSc or equivalent
This position may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Main duties include:
- Ensure accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate adverse financial impacts
- Ensure effective cost capture ensuring all costs are allocated appropriately
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and provide support to help stakeholders realise them
- Ensure compliance with agreed commercial processes and procedures
- Create a culture of collaborative working with the client
- Develop and maintain a library of outputs and pricing data
