We are working with a top tier client who are seeking an Account Manager to join their team in the London area. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a customer portfolio with a keen focus on new business and account management, whilst also identify areas for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a customer portfolio of key accounts and develop relationships with key suppliers.
- Ensure sales targets are monitored and achieveable.
- Offer support to the Sales Manager on PQQs, tenders and major projects.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Manage all customer activity via the CRM system, ensuring any customer complaints are dealt with and addressed.
- Contribute to a winning works summary on a monthly basis.
What do we need from you?
- Experience and indepth knowledge of working in sales.
- IT skills, CRM and design software experience.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Experience of working in the contstruction, manafacturing or hire industry is desireable.
