- Description
Project Manager (freelance) with long-standing experience in Heavy Civils required to work on Thames Water AMP8. This will be with one of their civil engineering partners and is expected to run for over 12 months.
To be considered, your CV must mainly contain work within Rail, previous AMPs or large Infrastructure schemes.
Please note that, due to our client’s policy, this role has been deemed Inside IR35 and CIS is not an option either. As such, the available choice is between Umbrella PAYE or PAYE itself. As such, the rate will be dependent on your preference.
Please also be advised that this role is expected to be undertaken on site 5 days/week on site; there is no Hybrid working.
Experience in P6 programming, NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract are vital.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on Thames Water projects and of Rail and Street Works environments. Previous training in Temporary Works and Lifting/Appointed Persons would be highly desirable.
