About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-security system projects within the Gas sector. The role involves managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of security and fire protection projects.

• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources efficiently.

• Oversee installation of perimeter security, CCTV, access control, and alarms.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety, and contractual obligations.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for quality control.

• Conduct site visits and progress meetings, reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven Project Management experience in the security, fire protection, or Gas sector.

• Strong knowledge of integrated security systems and perimeter protection.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with CDM regulations and health & safety standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHEA Gas certification or equivalent Gas sector qualifications.

• Prince2, APM, or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience with high-security environments (utilities, government, CNI sectors).

• Electrical or technical qualifications relevant to security systems - desirable.
