- Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead high-profile projects within the Energy sector, specifically focused on High-Pressure Gas Pipelines. This role is with a Tier One Contractor delivering major works on the Cadent Gas and National Gas frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of high-pressure gas pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic leadership, managing large teams of Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers across multiple sites.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure adherence to framework commitments.
- Lead risk management and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Project Director or senior leadership role within the Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of high-pressure gas pipelines and industry standards.
- Strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Cadent Gas or National Gas frameworks is highly desirable.
- An operational background within the sector would be advantageous.
