We are working with an exciting client who are seeking to add an individual to conduct a mix of Quantity Surveying and Estimating duties on a permanent basis, based in Bradford.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate adverse financial impacts
• Ensure effective cost capture ensuring all costs are allocated appropriately
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and provide support to help stakeholders realise them
• Ensure compliance with agreed commercial processes and procedures
• Create a culture of collaborative working with the client
• Prepare tender estimates 
• Develop and maintain a library of outputs and pricing data

What do we need from you?

• Experience in the Civil Engineering sector 
• Recognised qualification to at least HNC standard, preferable BSc or equivalent
• Computer literacy - Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
