Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations
- Organise and manage sub-contractors on site
- Implement and enforce health and safety practices
- Ensure works meet drawings, tolerances and specifications
- Maintain site diaries and daily records
Requirements:
- You must have direct experience external groundworks packages
- Possession of SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
