We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Call Handler to join an established team in Cheadle. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, leading the customer journey and providing excellent customer service throughout. If you enjoy speaking with people, hitting targets and working in a fast paced environment, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads who have enquired about solar panel installation and EV charging
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their energy needs and motivations
- Clearly explain the benefits of solar energy
- Qualify leads and book appointments for consultations with our technical/sales specialists
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed call and conversion targets
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to improve performance and processes
Key Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive over the phone
- Strong listening ability with a customer-first approach
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or sales roles preferred
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships
- Highly proactive with the confidence to take initiative
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems
