- Description
Sub Agent required to oversee small-value civil engineering sites and assist the Site Agent on larger value schemes. The role is scheduled to run until next Summer.
You will have several years construction industry experience, delivering multi utility projects. Ideally, this will include working with UKPN and/or Cadent Gas assets.
Due to our client's policy, this role is deemed Inside IR35 and also, CIS is not a permitted payment method with them; the available options are Umbrella or PAYE.
To be considered, you must have
• Extensive experience in Civil Engineering and ideally, some knowledge of NEC contract conditions and CDM regulations.
• Experience in managing packages of works to include labour resourcing, programming and commercial management
You must also have:
- CSCS card
- SMSTS card
- NEBOSH or IOSH
- Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and team management skills are required, as you'll need the ability to motivate others to achieve high standards.
