Streetworks Coordinator 
Leeds (Office based role)

Our client is a leading provider of traffic management services across the UK, with a reputation founded on strong, collaborative partnerships. They are seeking a  Streetworks Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions nationwide.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving by managing traffic management bookings and overseeing the full lifecycle of permits and applications. From submission to approval and completion, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and on time..

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and submitting permits using Symology, Street Manager, and Aurora
  • Preparing and submitting Traffic Management applications (TTROs, traffic lights, etc.)
  • Working closely with local authorities, and customers, 
  • Issing and tracking statutory notices within required deadlines
  • Progressing applications through to approval and resolving any issues along the way
  • Handling refusals, modifications, and queries efficiently
  • Monitoring defects, FPNs, and Section 74 charges, including disputes and payments
  • Ensuring all KPIs and deadlines are consistently met
  • Liaising with customers and Local Authorities to coordinate requirements
  • Keeping accurate, up-to-date records within internal systems

About You
You’re organised, confident, and thrive under pressure. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and communicating with a range of stakeholders, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a Streetworks Noticing role
  • Strong understanding of highway permits and notice submissions
  • Knowledge of NRSWA legislation and Streetworks charging
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
  • Experience working with Local Authorities (Desirable) 
  • Knowledge of Traffic Management processes (Desirable)
