External Groundworks Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced External Groundworks Manager to join an established business in Leeds on a large residential scheme. You will be managing the external groundworks package including curbing, paving, fencing, 278 works, public realm works etc. This is a hands-on role and the ability to drive the program is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations
• Organise and manage sub-contractors on site
• Implement and enforce health and safety practices
• Ensure works meet drawings, tolerances and specifications
• Maintain site diaries and daily records

Requirements:

• You must have direct experience external groundworks packages
• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
