Freelance Site/Project Manager – Hotel Development, Bedale
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site/Project Manager to oversee an exciting hotel development project in Bedale. This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and drive the project to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors.

Ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Monitor health & safety compliance on-site and enforce best practices.

Liaise with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

Report progress regularly to the client and provide updates on milestones.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing hotel or commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site management.

Ability to take full ownership of a project and work independently.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proactive problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude.

Flexibility to work on-site in Bedale.
