  • Develop and implement RAMS, ITPs, and Safe Systems of Work in accordance with company standards.

  • Work closely with commercial teams to ensure site cost performance and project value is maximised.

  • Chair weekly site meetings, promoting a high-performance culture across the workforce.

Essential Skills & Experience for the Site Manager:

  • Substantial experience in a Site Manager or Site Agent role delivering civil engineering and water infrastructure projects.

  • Proven track record of managing projects involving shaft sinking, deep excavations, and reinforced concrete (FRC) structures.

  • Experience in highly regulated environments, ideally within the utilities or water sectors.

  • Sound working knowledge of CDM regulations, NEC/JCT contracts, programme management and cost control.

  • HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

  • CSCS (Site Manager level) and SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.

  • Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary site teams, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
