Linear are working alongside a growing Construction company looking to hire a Construction/ Operations Director. 

This role includes working alongside colleagues at all levels, initial client meetings, during the pre-contract stage, through to completion of each project, with the business mission of achieving a sustainable future at the forefront of all decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution the company’s business strategies to achieve the planned growth.
• Build relationships with local authorities
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for new projects. Taking full responsibility for P&L.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of the Construction team providing guidance

Skills

• Extensive in-depth knowledge and experience of the construction industry
• Proven record of managing delivery of residential projects
• Experience of relationship building and business development within the industry
• Effective financial planning, budgeting, and cost management
• Strong commercial awareness
• Familiarity with legislation and management best practices
• Visionary leadership skills
