We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a complex civil engineering project within the water sector. The role will involve overseeing the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a range of civil engineering and mechanical elements, including containment structures, drainage, surfacing, traffic management features and control systems integration. The successful candidate will support operational process improvements through the delivery of reinforced structures and impermeable solutions designed to minimise environmental risk

Experience

• Heavy civils experience is essential (e.g. deep drainage).

• Experience within the water sector (clean or wastewater) is strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage both direct labour and subcontractors.

• Strong track record in client-facing roles.

• Excellent planning and programming capability.

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of NEC contracts.

Essential Training / Certifications

• SMSTS

• CSCS Black Card

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) – preferred

Please note our client does not permit Outside IR35 or CIS engagements.  The options are PAYE or Umbrella PAYE.
