Foreman required on a large Waste Water Treatment plant. This is a freelance position, with the project due to complete in 2028.
PLEASE NOTE THAT, DUE TO OUR CLIENT'S POLICY, THE ONLY PERMITTED PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE PAYE OR UMBRELLA PAYE. CIS IS NOT AN OPTION.
Whilst this is a Severn Trent Water site, your supervisory experience will ideally be in pipelines/National Grid type works. The role involves supervising and motivating Groundworker Gangs, that are working in excavations and upgrading ducting. As standard, you must have CSCS and SSSTS.
Comprehensive understanding of HSG47 is essential.
That being said, our client will only consider candidates that have been supervising Gangs for a number of years. So, whilst EUSR Utility Excavations Category 1. Locate Utility Services (HSG47) and Utility Excavations Category 2. Implement Safe (Digging) Excavating Practices would be advantageous, your practical EXPERIENCE is much more important to them.
Please note the rate will vary, depending on whether you choose to be PAYE or Umbrella.
