This is a rare opportunity to join a growing company with an exceptional reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of projects as the leading Senior Contracts Manager within the Energy & Utilities sector.

  • Manage all site-based activities, upholding the highest standards of safety and quality in high-risk environments.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and milestones.

  • Oversee all commercial aspects, including managing budgets, project variations, and final accounts.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key liaison between the client and site teams.

  • Provide guidance and support to Site Managers, ensuring all resources are in place for successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • CSCS Contracts Manager Accreditation and SMSTS qualification.

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar civil engineering and construction role.

  • Essential experience working in high-risk environments such as energy, renewables, oil/gas, or COMAH sites.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent commercial and contractual awareness with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Full UK driving licence.

Benefits:

  • Become a key player in the growing energy and utilities sector.

  • Work with a company that has a strong pipeline of high-impact infrastructure projects.

  • Receive significant investment in your professional development.

  • Join a supportive, people-first culture committed to excellence.

If you are a Senior Contracts Manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, this is the role for you.
