Description

Want to lead landmark projects and shape the future of construction? We’re looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our Tier 1 client in the North East & Cumbria region.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead design from bid to delivery.
  • Manage and mentor design teams.
  • Drive innovation, quality, and compliance.
  • Deliver projects between £5m–£40m across healthcare, education, leisure & more.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong construction design knowledge (HNC/HND/BSc + CIOB or equivalent).
  • Main contracting experience.
  • BIM & pre-construction expertise.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and train others.
