Want to lead landmark projects and shape the future of construction? We’re looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our Tier 1 client in the North East & Cumbria region.
What you’ll do:
- Lead design from bid to delivery.
- Manage and mentor design teams.
- Drive innovation, quality, and compliance.
- Deliver projects between £5m–£40m across healthcare, education, leisure & more.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong construction design knowledge (HNC/HND/BSc + CIOB or equivalent).
- Main contracting experience.
- BIM & pre-construction expertise.
- Ability to hit the ground running and train others.
