Due to increased workload I'm recruiting an experienced Estimator for a regional contractor operating throughout the North East. Working predominantly with housebuilders on newbuild development sites. Our client also works on commercial packages and roads and sewers.

Role
This position is being created as part of planned growth within an already busy team. Working closely with the commercial team you will be responsible for two junior team members who are already well versed in the bespoke software used by our client. The individual will ideally have experience working within a small, successful team. The individual will be experienced at managing deadlines and working in a fast paced environment with support from a Managing Estimator and the Group MD.
Experience Required
The individual will ideally have experience working within a collegiate, successful team as an Estimator. We would also accept applications for Quantity Survayous looking for change in career to estimating. The individual will be experienced in managing deadlines and working in a fast paced environment with support from a senior commercial colleagues. With experience in pricing construction work already.
