  • Possess strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop compelling, client-focused proposals

  • Have in-depth knowledge of the full bid lifecycle and commercial procurement processes

  • Bring relevant experience from infrastructure, engineering, utilities, or major project environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading large, cross-functional bid teams on framework tenders and strategic opportunities

  • Defining bid strategies, win themes, and value propositions in partnership with business development and operational leads

  • Managing internal bid governance, including risk assessments and executive reviews

  • Overseeing content planning, technical narrative development, and commercial coordination

  • Mentoring junior bid team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Engaging with live project teams to develop case studies and capture innovation

  • Ensuring all submissions are client-aligned, high-quality, and fully compliant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g., English, marketing, engineering, construction) or equivalent professional experience

  • A proven track record of managing successful bids within the infrastructure or construction sectors

  • APMP or similar bid management accreditation is highly desirable

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, writing, and project management skills

What’s on Offer

The organisation offers a dynamic and collaborative working environment, with opportunities for career progression aligned with company growth. Benefits include:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package

  • Clearly defined career pathways and professional development support

  • A supportive and inclusive team culture
