Site Manager required on a Thames Water Scheme.  Knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, along with cost control will all be required.

Our client requires you to have a Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering, CSCS and SMSTS.  They have also asked for Temporary Works and Lifting certification.

Your main duties will entail the management of the construction site, working on remediation packages for Thames Water.  This will involve the repair and remediation of 2X bridge structures and 5X trunk sewer barrels across both rail and road spans.   Currently these works are in design phase and offer an opportunity to be involved from conception in a complex, challenging and large scale package.

The rate is indicative, dependent on pay type and experience.
