Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity with a housebuilder that breaks the mold? We are working with a client who are seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their innovative team! If you have a strong background in main contracting or experience with a housing association focusing on residential design and build projects, we want to hear from you.

What They're Looking For:
- A Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in main contracting or experience within a housing association in residential design and build.
- In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Understanding of both internal and external cash flow management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, as you will play a key role in training and developing junior assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JCT standards.
- Oversee procurement processes, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights and solutions to drive project success.
- Provide training and support to junior quantity surveyors and assistants, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
