- Description
Our client requires a Site manager with experience of delivering external envelopes and Façade’s on High rise multiroom projects. This is for a flagship project based in Newcastle city centre.
As a facade site manager, you will be overseeing the full facade package. This includes SFS, windows, curtain walling, brick slip, and rainscreen.
Duties:
- Reporting to the project manager.
- Liaising with the subcontractor.
- Ensuring the packages are delivered on time.
- Ensuring H&S is followed.
- Proactive and driven.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
