Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in render systems? Our client, a reputable sub-contractor, is currently seeking an experienced individual to join their team for a main contracting project in North London.
As the Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful implementation of render systems on the project. You will be responsible for coordinating with site staff, managing site logistics, ensuring quality control, and overseeing health and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site management, particularly within render systems. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
The role offers a competitive salary of £50-55k, as well as a car allowance. The position is set to start in August.
