Linear Recruitment have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading, well-respected, and highly reputable Housing Developer in Nottingham.
Scope:
Responsible for the commercial control and management of projects ensuring that the clients' parameters of project risk, commercial targets and ethics are both managed and achieved.
You will work within the commercial department (Commercial Manager, QS, AQS and the wider construction team).As the market leader in our industry we want to ensure that we attract, motivate and retain the best people who can deliver the best service for our customers.
