Description

We are working with a top tier client who are seeking a Site Agent to work in the Thames Valley (Aylesbury, Oxford and Reading) region on a full time basis. As the Site Agent you will be responsible for the management of the construction site to achieve the required project delivery to the customers objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various projects in the civil and Water sectors
  • When required, lead a team of Sub Agents, Engineers and Forepeople to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality
  • Deliver product to customer requirements and satisfaction
  • Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed
  • Produce good quality, accurate monthly reports for the Client and internally
  • Maintain commercial tension to drive out costs and challenge the status quo

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in Civil Engineering ideally in the Water/Utilities sector
  • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • CSCS 
  • SMSTS
  • Full driving license 
  • Confined space training
  • NEBOSH or IOSH

The salary is indicative and based on experience.
