Linear Recruitment are working with one of the largest privately-owned civil engineering and infrastructure specialists with 40 years of experience working UK-wide across the water, transport, built environment and energy sectors.
As role of Design Manager you will be expected to deliver technical solutions in response to the needs of the company’s programme of work, initially working on the HS2 Euston MDJV project. Works at Euston will include managing the completion of the design for a multiutility Gas and Watermain diversions along the Hampstead Road and a new temporary road, through the blue book process working with both stakeholders and external designers and internal temporary works designers.

• Minimum 10 years of design and management experience
• Foul water drainage system
• Portable Water Mains
• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and common data environments
• Degree/HNC qualified, or equivalent, in civil engineering
• Member of a recognized engineering institution, Incorporated Engineer, or Chartered Engineer and or working towards membership
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, key stakeholders and staff
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
• People management, time management, project design management
