We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work with a leading client in the Construction industry on a permanent basis located in the West Midlands region. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a customer portfolio with a keen focus on new business and account management, whilst also identifying areas for innovation and investment to assist with growth.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare management accounts using the appropriate methods and present in the correct format.
- Reconcile revenue and costs reported in the management accounts to the finance accounting records.
- Produce weekly charge reports to the regional business units
- Support financial year end audit process and resolve audit queries efficiently
- Produce weekly charge reports to the regional business units
- Participate in networking at industry events and exhibitions to benefit the business
- Assist with the management of Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring aged invoices are resolved efficiently and preventative actions are taken
What do we need from you?
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and planning skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Strong presentation skills
- IT skills, CRM and design software experience are essential
- Team player
- Experience of working in the construction industry (Desirable)
