Description

Are you an experienced site manager with a background in affordable new build housing? Our client is currently seeking a site manager to join their site in Widnes, on a permanent basis.

As a site manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new build housing developments, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will have experience in managing subcontractors, monitoring quality control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in site management, with specific experience in affordable new build housing projects. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
