  • Oversee project risks, opportunities, design requirements and resource planning.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and performance management across project teams.

  • HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, including Early Warning and Compensation Event mechanisms.
  • Good understanding of commercial management, cost control, forecasting, programme, risk and design management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project; P6 experience would be advantageous.
  • SMSTS and CSCS required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, people management and problem-solving skills. CEng/MICE and/or NEBOSH Construction Certificate would be advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with company pension, life assurance and private medical insurance.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus 8 public holidays and loyalty days.
  • Flexible benefits through salary sacrifice.
  • Company car, car allowance, green car scheme or van.
