The Role

As Planner, you will support both Estimating and Delivery teams, contributing across tenders, pre-construction and live projects.

  • Programme animations and digital construction rehearsal.

  • Weekly planning updates and performance reviews.

  • Programme reporting and project controls.

  • Identification and quantification of claimable delays.

  • Programme development to demonstrate the impact of change.

  • Advice to Operations and Commercial teams around programme risk, float and delay.

About You

You will have a strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery, ideally gained through site-level experience with a UK contractor.

You should have:

  • CSCS Card.

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing.

  • Good knowledge of NEC and other relevant contracts.

  • Experience leading collaborative planning processes.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 / Primavera Cloud.

  • Competence in MS Project.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex programme information clearly.

A degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction would be advantageous.

The Opportunity

The company is a Gold Investors in People organisation and places significant emphasis on developing and retaining its people.
