- Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Competent Person (NSI 6 & 8 Full) to oversee and support concrete repair works on a live project in Bradford for a 12-week duration starting on the 1st June.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate concrete repair activities on site
- Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with project specifications
- Carry out inspections and maintain quality standards throughout repairs
- Manage permits, safety documentation, and daily site records
- Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and operatives
- Monitor compliance with health & safety procedures and NSI requirements
- Support planning and sequencing of repair operations
- Identify and report defects, hazards, and non-conformances
Requirements
- EUSR - National Grid Persons endorsed with Competent Person NSI 6 & 8 (Full)
- Proven experience in concrete repair and structural repair projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site procedures
- Ability to manage site activities and communicate effectively with teams
