A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland’s most respected and design-led architectural practices.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to help lead the delivery of a nationally significant flagship healthcare project, working across RIBA stages 4 and 5 within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

The role
You will:
- Lead technical delivery across RIBA stages 4–5.
- Coordinate architectural packages within a wider integrated team.
- Manage client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
- Oversee technical detailing, specifications, BIM coordination, and site delivery.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Play a key role in delivering a nationally significant healthcare project.
What they are looking for
- ARB Registered Architect.
- 5–10+ years post-Part 3 experience.
- Strong technical delivery skills.
- Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 4–5.
- Revit proficiency essential.
- Healthcare project experience beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Passion for high-quality, technically robust architecture.
