We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager to support the onsite team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing development within the Mansfield area.

• Duration: Ongoing, TTP for the right person
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation• Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing new build residential developments
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• In date tickets – SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
• Ability to reliably commute to Mansfield
