With multiple live sites and several new developments in the pipeline, the business continues to grow while maintaining a strong commitment to design quality, sustainability, and community-focused schemes.
You’ll be joining a close-knit technical team, working collaboratively on a range of residential developments from concept through to completion.
The Role
As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of residential schemes. You’ll be involved in both planning and technical stages, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing and coordinating working drawings for housing developments.
- Supporting layout design, house type development, and masterplanning.
- Managing and responding to technical queries from site teams.
- Liaising with external consultants, including architects and engineers.
- Assisting with planning submissions and technical approvals.
- Ensuring drawings comply with current building regulations and standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within a housebuilder or residential design environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or similar.
- Experience with SketchUp (beneficial).
