- Description
We are currently working with a well-established architectural practice that is looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team in Chorley. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, meaningful schemes that have a real impact on communities.
The Role:
- Lead and support the design and delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
- Produce and coordinate design and technical information
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and clinical stakeholders
- Attend and lead client meetings, workshops, and site visits
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Experience working on healthcare projects (desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of RIBA stages and project delivery
- Proficiency in Revit
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Access to own vehicle
