Senior Estimator
Linear Recruitment are partnering with an ambitious Midlands affordable housing company in their search for a Senior Estimator. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hands-on, growing regional business, contributing to pricing and tendering for new affordable housing developments across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost plans and tender submissions for new projects.
- Work closely with the land, technical, and commercial teams.
- Provide cost advice and support during the pre-construction phase.
- Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners.
About the Candidate
- Experience as an Estimator (ideally within residential or social housing development). Or alternatively Civil Engineering/Groundworks
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing team environment.
- Based within commutable distance to Birmingham (our client are open to hybrid working)
