Job Title: Package Manager
Location: Newcastle
Project: High Rise Scheme
Day Rate: To be discussed

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate internal packages, including drylining, M&E coordination, flooring, joinery, and final finishes.

• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality control measures.

• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and integration of internal works.

• Monitor progress, track timelines, and report on project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks where necessary.

• Lead site inspections and quality assurance checks, ensuring compliance with all industry and company standards.

• Support and guide site teams, subcontractors, and trades to drive productivity and efficiency.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any site challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Internals Package Manager or similar role on large-scale residential or commercial high-rise projects.

• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, sequencing, and construction methodologies.

• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations, quality control, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades while maintaining project schedules.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification preferred.
