- Description
We have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team at their Warrington office.
Responsibilities:
- To minimise the costs of a project and enhance margin and value for money, whilst achieving the required standards and quality.
- Attend development meetings when appropriate
- Receive initial tender information and assist in preparing proposed tender lists
- Assess site staffing levels and build programmes with the Construction Director
Requirements:
- HNC in Surveying or Construction or equivalent
- Previous quantity surveying experience working for a house builder
- Experience using COINS
