Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a national contractor on a Temp to Perm basis with a social housing refurb background. You will be managing window and door schemes around Trafford / Manchester so travel between locations is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations
• Organise and manage sub-contractors on site
• Implement and enforce health and safety practices, adhering to SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) guidelines
• Being the first point of contact for the client and sub-contractor
• Travel between sites across Manchester
• Meeting clients and managing their expectations

Requirements:

• You must have direct experience in social housing, local authority or similar housing association refits
• Possession of SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
