Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Civils/Groundworks Estimator to join our client’s expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Compile accurate bills of quantities, take-offs, and procurement schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Assess project risks, constraints, and opportunities.
• Work closely with the commercial and operations teams to ensure estimates reflect programme, quality, and buildability requirements.
• Prepare tender submissions, cost summaries, and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within Civils/Groundworks.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office packages.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Site visits.
