Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a brownfield site in near Fife. This is an excellent opportunity to join a project with strong potential for follow-on work, with two further phases anticipated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations on a brownfield project, including digging and ducting activities.

  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.

  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting through ProjectWise.

  • Uphold high standards of health, safety, environment, and quality.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • SP 5th Edition Competent Person (also known as Scottish Power Authorised Competent Person 5th Edition / SPEN Fifth Edition).

  • SMSTS certification.

  • Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) qualification.

  • Proficient ProjectWise user 

  • Proven experience managing similar utility or brownfield construction projects.
