We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a brownfield site in near Fife. This is an excellent opportunity to join a project with strong potential for follow-on work, with two further phases anticipated.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations on a brownfield project, including digging and ducting activities.

Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.

Maintain clear documentation and reporting through ProjectWise.

Uphold high standards of health, safety, environment, and quality.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
-
SP 5th Edition Competent Person (also known as Scottish Power Authorised Competent Person 5th Edition / SPEN Fifth Edition).

SMSTS certification.

Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) qualification.

Proficient ProjectWise user
-
Proven experience managing similar utility or brownfield construction projects.
