We are seeking a qualified Architect to join our multidisciplinary team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will bring strong design capability, technical knowledge, and experience delivering projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, feasibility studies, and detailed architectural solutions.
- Produce drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, planners, and contractors.
- Manage workloads, resources, and project programmes.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, sustainability standards, and best practice.
- Support junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Skills & Experience
- ARB registration.
- Proficiency in BIM methodologies and design software (e.g., Revit).
- Strong design and presentation skills.
- Experience across multiple project stages.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
