We are looking for an Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate design intent into high-quality construction information. Working for one of the leading practices in the North East.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Develop BIM models and manage digital workflows.
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and external consultants.
- Contribute to technical problem-solving and value-engineering.
- Support site operations, RFIs, and compliance checks.
Skills & Experience
- Chartered membership (MCIAT) or working toward it.
- Strong Revit proficiency.
- Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
