Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer to join their Technical Team and play a key role in the successful delivery of their developments.
The Role
As an Engineer / Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all engineering-related aspects of residential developments. You’ll work closely with land, planning, design, and construction teams to ensure our homes are built efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering and design for residential schemes from feasibility to completion
- Oversee external consultants (civil and structural engineers) and ensure timely delivery of technical packages
- Conduct technical due diligence and site investigations for land acquisitions
- Monitor and resolve on-site engineering issues during construction
- Ensure compliance with NHBC standards, Building Regulations, and company specifications
- Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
About You
- Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in residential development, either with a house builder, consultant, or contractor
- Strong understanding of infrastructure design, drainage, highways, and utilities
- Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
