About The Company:

- Manage all aspects of quantity surveying for residential and main contracting projects.
- Prepare and oversee budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier/subcontractor relationships.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to drive project success.Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in both main contracting and residential sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and financial management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field.
