Description

We are working with a leading company looking to employ a Fitter on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and maintain plant equipment, including engines, gearboxes, hydraulics, and trailers.
  • Identify faults, dismantle, repair, or replace faulty parts.
  • Reassemble and test machinery to ensure proper and safe operation.
  • Arrange transport for off-site repairs when needed.
  • Conduct routine servicing both on-site and in the workshop.

What We Need From You:

  • Relevant experience in plant and machinery maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
