We are working with a renowned company specialising in social housing refurbishments, dedicated to improving lives by creating quality living environments. With new projects on the horizon, they are seeking a Site Manager for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budget  
- Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team  
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on-site  
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any challenges that arise  
- Ensure all work complies with regulations and quality standards  

Qualifications:
- Solid experience in social housing refurbishment is essential  
- Valid SMSTS certification  
- CSCS Card  
- First Aid certification  
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills  
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
